The CRE Library Retail Enrollee Program is designed for real estate professionals who want to enter, expand, or specialize in retail real estate brokerage within a defined market.

This program provides structured education, market-specific insight, and professional community access to help retail-focused agents build competence, credibility, and deal readiness.

How the Program Works

1. Select Your Market
   Retail Enrollees choose one primary market during enrollment. Training content, group access, and discussions are aligned to that market.

2. Access Retail Brokerage Education
   Enrollees receive access to retail-specific courses covering:

   • Retail fundamentals and terminology

   • Site selection and location analysis

   • Retail lease structures and CAM

   • Touring and tenant/landlord considerations

   • Retail tenant representation and brokerage workflows

3. Join Market-Specific Groups
   Enrollees may participate in market groups to view retail discussions, job postings, and market-relevant content shared by industry participants.

4. Build Retail Competency
   The program is designed to support agents transitioning into retail, adding retail to an existing practice, or formalizing their retail brokerage skill set.
