Agents are never required to seek employment or respond to recruiters.
5.2 Profile Completion Requirement

All Agent accounts must have a fully completed profile within 14 days of registration, including:

Name and contact info

License status

Career interests

Recruitment visibility setting

Accounts may be put on hold after 14 days and deleted after 30 days if incomplete.
5.3 Privacy and Control

You choose whether to appear in search results for Recruiter Members.

Recruiters may only access your profile if you opt in.

You can change your visibility preferences at any time.
6. Recruiter Member Terms
6.1 Candidate Confidentiality

All candidate data is confidential and for internal hiring use only.

Sharing or selling candidate information is strictly prohibited.

You must protect the privacy of all members and comply with data laws.
6.2 Ethical Recruiting Behavior

You must not spam, mislead, or coerce candidates.

All contact must be professional, respectful, and accurate regarding role and compensation.

Misconduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
7. Payment and Subscription Terms

Some services require a paid membership or subscription.

You agree to provide valid and current billing information.

Pricing may change with advance notice to active subscribers.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated; subscription services are non-refundable once access is granted.
8. Refund Policy
