Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to CRE-Library.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC (“CRE Library,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of CRE-Library.com, its associated applications, memberships, courses, training programs, examinations, candidate profiles, recruiter services, career groups, job boards, resource libraries, and related features (collectively, the “Site”).

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or course, submitting information, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and applicable policies presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site.

By using the Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • The information you submit is truthful and current;

  • You have authority to enter into these Terms; and

  • Your use of the Site does not violate applicable law.

We may request reasonable information to verify identity, age, professional status, company affiliation, or account eligibility.

3. Purpose of the Site

CRE Library provides introductory real estate training, career-development resources, candidate profiles, recruiter connections, job postings, career groups, and related professional-development services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • CRE Library is not a real estate licensing school;

  • Courses are not state-approved prelicensing or continuing-education courses;

  • Certificates and badges are CRE Library training achievements, not government-issued credentials;

  • Course completion does not authorize licensed real estate activity;

  • Courses do not replace brokerage supervision, mentorship, employer training, or field experience; and

  • CRE Library is not an employment agency, staffing company, or party to employment or independent-contractor agreements between users.

The courses provide basic preparation intended to help users understand career paths and prepare for interviews and recruiting conversations. The best and most complete training is obtained through supervised, hands-on experience in the field.

4. No Guarantees

CRE Library does not guarantee:

  • Course completion or examination results;

  • Eligibility for or approval of a real estate license;

  • Interviews, recruiter contacts, job offers, employment, or brokerage affiliation;

  • Compensation, commissions, income, clients, listings, transactions, or business opportunities;

  • The accuracy of candidate, recruiter, employer, or job-posting information; or

  • Any particular educational, professional, financial, or career outcome.

Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, experience, licensing status, market conditions, employer requirements, broker supervision, and other circumstances outside our control.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information;

  • Maintain only accounts you are authorized to use;

  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential;

  • Promptly update inaccurate or outdated information;

  • Notify us of suspected unauthorized access; and

  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, lend, share, or permit another person to use your account or paid access.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Candidate and Job-Seeker Accounts

6.1 Educational and Career-Development Purpose

Candidates may use the Site to explore career paths, complete training, create profiles, review job postings, participate in career groups, and make themselves visible to recruiters.

Candidates are not required to apply for positions, respond to recruiters, or accept an employment or affiliation opportunity.

6.2 Candidate Profile Information

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through a profile, resume, application, or communication, including:

  • Identity and contact information;

  • Employment and education history;

  • License status and license number;

  • Skills and qualifications;

  • Course completion;

  • Market and career preferences; and

  • Availability for recruiting.

You may not falsely claim a license, certification, employer, position, transaction history, education, or professional qualification.

6.3 Profile Completion

Candidate accounts should be completed within 14 days after registration, including the user’s name, contact information, license status, career interests, and recruiting-visibility selection.

We may limit recruiter visibility or place an incomplete account on hold after 14 days. An account that remains materially incomplete or inactive for 30 days may be removed, subject to applicable law and our data-retention practices.

We may send reminders before restricting or removing an account, but we are not required to do so.

6.4 Recruiter Visibility

Candidates may choose whether to make their profiles visible to authorized recruiters and hiring organizations. Visibility may be changed through available account settings or by contacting support.

If you make a profile visible, authorized recruiters may view, save, print, or download information made available through the profile. CRE Library cannot guarantee the confidentiality or deletion of information after it has been accessed by an independent third party.

Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, full dates of birth, government identification, medical information, or other highly sensitive information in a profile, resume, group post, or general application.

7. Recruiter, Broker, and Employer Accounts

Recruiter access may be provided to brokers, employers, property management companies, real estate firms, and other hiring organizations.

Recruiter Members agree to:

  • Use candidate information only for legitimate recruiting, hiring, affiliation, and professional-development purposes;

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of candidate information;

  • Comply with applicable privacy, employment, licensing, advertising, and anti-discrimination laws;

  • Contact candidates professionally and respectfully;

  • Accurately describe available positions, compensation, licensing requirements, and material working conditions;

  • Conduct appropriate independent verification of candidates;

  • Honor candidate requests to discontinue communication;

  • Avoid excessive or repetitive communications; and

  • Delete candidate information when it is no longer reasonably required for a legitimate recruiting purpose.

Recruiters may not:

  • Sell, rent, publish, or distribute candidate information;

  • Build or supplement an unrelated marketing database;

  • Contact candidates for unrelated solicitations;

  • Discriminate on a legally prohibited basis;

  • Post false, misleading, expired, or nonexistent opportunities;

  • Misrepresent compensation, company identity, job duties, employee status, or independent-contractor status;

  • Demand payment from a candidate for access to a job unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted;

  • Use candidate information for identity theft, fraud, harassment, or surveillance; or

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download candidate profiles.

CRE Library may limit or terminate recruiter access when we reasonably believe candidate information is being misused.

8. Job Postings

Job postings may be submitted by independent recruiters, brokers, employers, property management companies, and other third parties.

The person or organization posting a position is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of the posting;

  • Keeping the position current;

  • Describing compensation and employment classification accurately;

  • Identifying material licensing requirements;

  • Complying with equal-employment, pay-transparency, advertising, and privacy laws;

  • Reviewing and verifying applicants; and

  • Removing or updating filled, cancelled, or expired positions.

Job postings may not contain discriminatory, deceptive, unlawful, offensive, or unrelated content.

Unless otherwise stated, a job posting may remain active for up to 30 days. The posting party must contact support to request material changes after submission.

CRE Library may review, edit for formatting, reject, suspend, or remove a posting. Publication does not constitute endorsement or verification of the position or posting organization.

Candidates should independently investigate every opportunity before providing sensitive information, paying money, accepting a position, affiliating with a brokerage, or signing an agreement.

9. Courses, Examinations, Certificates, and Badges

Course access is personal to the enrolled user. Users may not share course access, examination questions, answers, certificates, or login credentials.

A course may have an access or completion period displayed at enrollment, including a period of up to 12 weeks. Failure to complete a course within the stated access period does not automatically entitle the user to an extension or refund.

CRE Library may establish reasonable requirements for:

  • Course completion;

  • Examination eligibility;

  • Passing scores;

  • Retakes;

  • Certificates;

  • Badges; and

  • Candidate-profile designations.

We may correct, suspend, or revoke a certificate, badge, examination result, or profile designation obtained through fraud, impersonation, answer sharing, unauthorized assistance, technical manipulation, or other misconduct.

CRE Library may update courses to reflect changes in the industry. Course content should not be relied upon as a substitute for current law, state-approved education, broker instruction, or professional advice.

10. Memberships and Subscriptions

Some Site features are free, while others require a one-time payment, paid membership, or recurring subscription.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The price;

  • Billing frequency;

  • Membership duration;

  • Renewal terms;

  • Included features;

  • Course-access period;

  • Cancellation instructions; and

  • Applicable refund terms.

If a membership automatically renews, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the disclosed renewal price until cancellation.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically produce a refund for the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Deleting the app, abandoning an account, or discontinuing use does not automatically cancel a subscription.

11. App-Store Purchases

Purchases billed through Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable app store’s terms.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store generally must be managed through the Apple account used for the purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play generally must be managed through the Google account used for the purchase.

The applicable app store—not CRE Library—may control billing, cancellation, and refund decisions for app-store purchases.

12. Website Purchases, Cancellations, and Refunds

Except where otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, payments made directly through the Site are final and nonrefundable once access to the purchased membership, course, digital product, or service has been provided.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partially used memberships;

  • Completed or partially completed courses;

  • Downloaded digital products;

  • Failure to use available services;

  • Failure to complete a course within its access period;

  • A change in career plans;

  • Lack of recruiter contact, interviews, employment, or income; or

  • Account restriction or termination resulting from a Terms violation.

A refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@cre-library.com. Consideration of a request does not guarantee approval or create an obligation to issue similar refunds in the future.

Nothing in this section limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. User-Generated Content

“User Content” includes profiles, resumes, photographs, job postings, comments, group posts, reviews, testimonials, messages, and other material submitted by users.

You retain ownership of your original User Content. By submitting it, you grant CRE Library a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Site and provide requested services.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to submit the content;

  • The content is accurate and lawful;

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights;

  • The content does not violate confidentiality obligations; and

  • CRE Library’s permitted use will not violate applicable law.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse User Content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or reputational risks.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, CRE Library owns or licenses the Site and its original content, including courses, examinations, written materials, videos, graphics, logos, templates, downloads, databases, design elements, and software.

Subject to these Terms, CRE Library grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Site and its materials for lawful, personal educational and professional-development purposes.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, republish, sell, or distribute Site materials;

  • Record or redistribute courses;

  • Share examination questions or answers;

  • Remove ownership notices;

  • Create unauthorized derivative courses;

  • Use our materials to operate a competing training service;

  • Upload our content to another platform;

  • Use automated tools to extract Site content; or

  • Use Site content to train or populate a commercial artificial-intelligence system.

Candidate Real Estate Library™, CRE Library™, CRE-Library™, and associated logos, badges, graphics, and taglines are trademarks or service marks claimed by Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC.

15. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Violate any law or regulation;

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against another person;

  • Impersonate another person or organization;

  • Submit false credentials or misleading information;

  • Send spam or unauthorized advertising;

  • Introduce malicious code;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;

  • Interfere with Site operation or security;

  • Reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls;

  • Scrape or harvest profiles, resumes, email addresses, or job postings;

  • Collect personal information without authorization;

  • Use the Site for fraud, identity theft, or unlawful surveillance;

  • Share paid access or course materials;

  • Manipulate examinations, certificates, or badges; or

  • Use the Site in a way that could harm CRE Library, its users, or third parties.

16. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant information. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, cancel recruiter privileges, or refer unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

We are not required to monitor all Site activity and do not assume responsibility for user conduct merely because we have the ability to review or remove content.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, app stores, licensing schools, payment processors, employers, market-data providers, social-media services, and other platforms.

CRE Library does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, representations, or performance.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

18. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the CRE Library Privacy Policy.

By using recruiting and profile features, you acknowledge that information may be made available according to your selections and the functions of the Site.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy concerning personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls.

19. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any course, feature, membership, career path, job posting, price, resource, or portion of the Site.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Maintenance, technical problems, security events, provider outages, and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve purchased access but cannot guarantee that every feature or item will remain available indefinitely.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

CRE Library disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, noninfringement, availability, and results.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;

  • Defects will always be corrected;

  • Information will be complete or current;

  • Third-party postings or profiles will be accurate;

  • The Site will meet every user’s requirements; or

  • Use of the Site will produce a particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost commissions, lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to CRE Library during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your User Content;

  • Your misuse of the Site;

  • Your violation of another person’s rights;

  • Your recruiting, hiring, employment, or brokerage activities; or

  • Your violation of applicable law.

CRE Library reserves the right to control the defense of a claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

23. Suspension and Termination

You may discontinue using the Site at any time. You may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • False or misleading information;

  • Misuse of candidate information;

  • Unlawful, unethical, discriminatory, or harmful conduct;

  • Nonpayment or disputed charges;

  • Security concerns;

  • Incomplete or inactive profiles;

  • Intellectual-property infringement; or

  • Conduct that creates material risk to CRE Library or its users.

Termination does not automatically create a refund right.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that logically should survive will remain effective after termination.

24. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing arbitration or a lawsuit, the complaining party must send the other party a written notice describing:

  • The party’s name and contact information;

  • The relevant account email;

  • The facts giving rise to the dispute;

  • The specific relief requested; and

  • A reasonable description of supporting information.

Notices to CRE Library must be sent to edward@cre-library.com with “Legal Dispute Notice” in the subject line and mailed to the address in Section 31.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt of notice. Either party may participate in an informal telephone or video conference during that period.

25. Binding Arbitration

Except for matters eligible for small-claims court and requests for temporary or injunctive relief involving unauthorized access, data misuse, or intellectual-property infringement, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the parties agree to remote proceedings or another location.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies available in court but must apply these Terms and applicable law.

Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless applicable law or the arbitration rules provide otherwise.

26. Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

The notice must include your name, account email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of binding arbitration. Send the notice to edward@cre-library.com with “Arbitration Opt-Out” in the subject line.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect your access to the Site or the remaining provisions of these Terms.

27. Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes subject to arbitration must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, while enforceable portions of the arbitration agreement remain effective.

28. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Claims not subject to arbitration or small-claims jurisdiction shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and CRE Library consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, services, business practices, or applicable law.

The updated Terms become effective on the date posted. If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide notice through the Site, by email, or through another reasonable method.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to the arbitration provision will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.

30. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and purchase-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRE Library concerning the Site.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. CRE Library may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the business or its assets.

Electronic communications and acceptance have the same effect as written communications and signatures to the extent permitted by law.
