2. Basic and Introductory Training

CRE Library courses provide basic, introductory training intended to help users:

• Explore real estate career paths;

• Develop foundational industry knowledge;

• Understand the general responsibilities associated with certain real estate positions;

• Prepare for interviews and recruiting conversations; and

• Present themselves more confidently to prospective brokers, recruiters, property managers, and employers.

Completing a course does not mean that a participant has mastered a particular position, property type, transaction, or area of real estate practice.

The best and most complete training is gained through supervised, practical experience in the field. CRE Library courses are not a substitute for hands-on training, mentorship, brokerage supervision, employer training, transaction experience, or compliance instruction provided by a licensed broker or other qualified professional.

3. No Licensing or Continuing-Education Credit

Unless a particular course expressly states otherwise, CRE Library courses are not state-approved prelicensing, post-licensing, or continuing-education courses.

Course completion, examination results, certificates, certifications, badges, profile designations, and other achievements issued through the Site do not constitute a government-issued license, professional designation, employment credential, or authorization to perform activities that require a real estate or other professional license.

Users are responsible for confirming and complying with the licensing, supervision, education, and regulatory requirements applicable in their state or jurisdiction.

4. No Employment, Recruiting, or Income Guarantees

CRE Library does not guarantee:

• Employment, interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, or placement;

• Acceptance or affiliation with a real estate brokerage or company;

• Approval for a real estate license;

• Successful completion of an examination;

• Commissions, earnings, income, transactions, clients, listings, or business opportunities; or

• Any specific professional, educational, or financial result.

Completing training, creating a candidate profile, earning a badge or certificate, joining a career group, applying for a position, or purchasing a membership does not guarantee that a user will be contacted, interviewed, recruited, hired, sponsored, or compensated.

Individual results will vary based on experience, licensing status, qualifications, effort, market conditions, employer requirements, broker supervision, and other factors outside CRE Library’s control.

5. Job Postings and Third-Party Recruiters

Job postings and recruiting opportunities may be submitted by independent recruiters, brokers, property management companies, employers, and other third parties. CRE Library does not employ these parties and does not guarantee or independently verify every job description, compensation statement, company representation, qualification requirement, or opportunity posted on the Site.

A job posting on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the person or organization that submitted it.

Users should independently investigate prospective employers, brokerage firms, compensation arrangements, licensing requirements, commission structures, employment classifications, and job conditions before accepting an interview, affiliation, position, or assignment.

CRE Library is not a party to any employment, independent-contractor, brokerage, sponsorship, commission, or other agreement between Site users.

6. Candidate Profiles and User-Submitted Information

Candidate profiles, resumes, qualifications, license information, employment histories, job postings, company descriptions, and other user-submitted content are provided by the individual or organization submitting the information.

CRE Library does not guarantee that user-submitted information is complete, current, or accurate. Recruiters and employers are responsible for conducting their own interviews, reference checks, background checks, license verifications, and other appropriate due diligence before making hiring or affiliation decisions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is truthful, lawful, current, and does not violate the privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights of another person.

7. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, licensing, brokerage, property-management, or other professional advice.
