As a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, Arizona, and California, I’ve successfully navigated diverse markets across the country, specializing in multifamily and hotel sales. My career includes roles at prestigious firms such as Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap, NAI Farbman, and Lee & Associates.

Currently, I am the Designated Broker and Partner at Red Door Management LLC, as well as the President of Data Commercial Real Estate, where I lead initiatives that bridge innovation with industry excellence. As the driving force behind CRE-Library.com, I’m passionate about empowering professionals through advanced education and resources tailored to the commercial real estate industry.

In addition to my brokerage work, I am a real estate instructor with multiple licenses, teaching courses that dive deep into contract law, disclosure, legal concerns for new home sales, and commercial property management.
