Founded by Edward R. Chapman, CRE-Library.com is backed by more than 30 years of real estate experience spanning brokerage, education, business development, and industry leadership. Edward is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, Arizona, and California, with a career that has included multifamily and hotel sales as well as leadership roles with respected firms such as Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap, NAI Farbman, and Lee & Associates.

Today, Edward serves as Designated Broker and Partner at Red Door Management LLC and President of Data Commercial Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on one core mission: helping people create real opportunity through real estate.

Edward is also a licensed real estate instructor who has taught and developed courses on topics including contract law, disclosure, legal issues, commercial property management, and professional standards.
