If you need assistance with your account, membership, courses, candidate profile, recruiter account, job posting, or Site and app features, please contact CRE Library Support.

Arizona does not observe daylight saving time. Arizona Time corresponds to Mountain Standard Time throughout the year.

We aim to respond within one to two business days. Response times are estimates and may vary depending on the nature of the request, weekends, holidays, request volume, and technical circumstances.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information by email or through a general support form.
2. Technical and App Support
For assistance with app performance, login problems, missing courses, membership access, candidate profiles, or learning materials, try the following:

Confirm that your app, browser, and device operating system are updated.

Check your internet connection.

Close and reopen the app or browser.
-
Log out and then log back into your account.
-
Clear your browser cache or try a different supported browser.

Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your membership.

Verify that your membership or course enrollment remains active.
If the problem continues, email support@cre-library.com and provide:

Your name and account email address;
-
Your device type;
-
Your operating-system version;
-
Your app or browser version;
-
A description of the problem;
-
The course, page, or feature involved; and
-
A screenshot of the error, when appropriate.
Never include your password, full payment-card information, or other sensitive personal information in a support request.
3. Account and Profile Assistance
Users are responsible for keeping their account and profile information accurate and current.
Please contact support if you need assistance with:

Updating your account information;
-
Correcting or removing a candidate profile;
-
Changing recruiter visibility;
-
Accessing course-completion records;
-
Correcting a certificate or badge;
-
Managing a job posting;
-
Cancelling a membership; or
-
Requesting account deletion.
Deleting an account may not automatically remove information previously downloaded, saved, or independently retained by recruiters, employers, or other authorized third parties.
Privacy-related requests should be submitted to edward@cre-library.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
4. Memberships, Cancellations and Refunds
The method for managing or cancelling a membership depends on where it was purchased.
Apple App Store Purchases
If a subscription was purchased and billed through Apple, it must generally be managed through the Apple account used to make the purchase:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures.
Google Play Purchases
If a subscription was purchased and billed through Google Play, it must generally be managed through the Google account used to make the purchase:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
Refund requests for Google Play-billed purchases are subject to Google’s applicable policies and procedures.
Website Purchases
Memberships, courses, or products purchased directly through CRE-Library.com are governed by the cancellation and refund provisions contained in our Terms and Conditions and any terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Deleting the app, discontinuing use of the Site, or failing to complete a course does not automatically cancel a paid recurring subscription.
Prices, membership benefits, course availability, and promotional offers may change. Changes to an existing paid subscription will be handled according to applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.

Unless otherwise identified, the original materials available through CRE-Library.com and its associated applications—including courses, examinations, written content, course outlines, books, guides, templates, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio recordings, presentations, databases, page designs, and downloadable resources—are owned by or licensed to Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Access to the Site or purchase of a membership does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property to the user.
Users receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use CRE Library materials for their own lawful, personal, educational, and professional-development purposes.
Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, users may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content;

Upload course materials to another website or platform;

Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Site content;

Record, duplicate, or redistribute courses or examinations;

Share account credentials or paid materials with another person;

Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
-
Create unauthorized derivative courses or training materials;
-
Use Site content to train or populate another commercial educational platform, database, or artificial-intelligence system; or
-
Present CRE Library content as their own work.
Limited quotation or use may be permitted under applicable copyright law, including fair use. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be restricted.
6. User-Submitted Content
Users retain ownership of original resumes, photographs, job postings, comments, testimonials, and other content they submit.
By submitting content to the Site, users grant Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Site and provide the requested services.
If content is submitted specifically for advertising, a testimonial, or promotional use, this license also includes the right to use the submitted content for that authorized purpose.
Users may not upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
7. Copyright Infringement Reports
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a written notice to edward@cre-library.com containing:

Your name and contact information;
-
Identification of the protected work;
-
Identification and location of the allegedly infringing content;
-
A statement explaining your ownership or authority to act for the owner;
-
A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a properly submitted complaint.
8. Trademarks
Candidate Real Estate Library™, CRE Library™, CRE-Library™, associated logos, course names, graphics, slogans, taglines, badges, and other brand identifiers are trademarks or service marks claimed by Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC.
A mark should be described as a “registered trademark” and displayed with the ® symbol only if it has been officially registered with the appropriate government trademark office.
Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use a CRE Library trademark without prior written permission. Unauthorized use that is likely to cause confusion, imply sponsorship or endorsement, misrepresent affiliation, or damage the CRE Library brand is prohibited.
Third-party names, logos, products, and services appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
9. Permission Requests
To request permission to reproduce, distribute, teach from, license, or otherwise use CRE Library content or trademarks, email edward@cre-library.com and include:

Your name and organization;

The specific material or mark requested;

How the material will be used;
-
Where it will appear;
-
Whether the use will be commercial; and
-
The anticipated length or duration of use.
Permission is not granted unless written approval is provided by an authorized representative of Candidate Real Estate Library, LLC.
10. Education, Licensing and Recruiting Notice
Candidate Real Estate Library provides introductory education, career-development resources, candidate profiles, recruiting connections, and professional-development tools for the real estate industry.
Unless a particular course expressly states otherwise:

CRE Library does not issue state real estate licenses;
-
Its courses are not state-approved prelicensing or continuing-education courses;
-
Course completion does not authorize a person to perform licensed real estate activity;
-
Certificates and badges are CRE Library training achievements, not government-issued credentials; and
-
Courses do not replace brokerage supervision, employer training, mentorship, or practical field experience.
The courses provide basic training intended to help participants understand a career path and prepare for interviews and recruiting conversations. The best and most complete training is obtained through supervised, hands-on experience in the field.
CRE Library does not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, employment, brokerage affiliation, licensing, commissions, earnings, transactions, or any other specific result.
