App Support
For issues related to app performance, login, or access to your learning materials:

Make sure your app and device software are updated to the latest version.

Check your internet connection and log out/log back in.

If the problem persists, contact us at support@cre-library.com with your device type, app version, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds & Memberships
Subscriptions and memberships are managed through your chosen app store.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, manage your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, manage your subscription in Play Store → Account → Subscriptions.
For other purchases made directly on our website, please refer to our Terms of Service for refund and cancellation policies.
