The CRE Library Residential Leasing Enrollee Program is designed for real estate professionals who want to enter, expand, or specialize in residential leasing, including single-family homes (SFRs), condominiums, townhomes, and individual rental units, within a defined market.

This program provides structured residential leasing education, market insight, and professional community access to help agents build competence, efficiency, and confidence in residential rental transactions.

How the Program Works

   Residential Leasing Enrollees choose one primary market during enrollment. Training content, discussions, and group access are aligned to that market.

   Enrollees receive access to residential leasing courses covering:
