The CRE Library Recruiting Partner Program is designed for brokerages, property management companies, and recruiting teams seeking direct access to real estate candidates who have opted in to be visible within a specific market.

This program focuses on quality, consent, and market relevance, not mass outreach.

How the Program Works

  1. Select Your Market
    Recruiting Partners choose one primary market when enrolling. Access is limited to candidates and groups within that market to ensure relevance and reduce noise.

  2. Post Open Positions
    Recruiting Partners may post current job openings directly inside the designated market group. All positions must be legitimate, clearly described, and compliant with applicable employment and fair housing laws.

  3. View Opt-In Candidates
    Candidates appear only if they voluntarily join the market group. Recruiters can view member profiles and connect directly with interested candidates—no intermediaries.

  4. Direct Communication
    Recruiters communicate directly with candidates through Wix member messaging or contact information voluntarily shared by the candidate.
